Ingredients : 

  • 1 ávocádo
  • 1 Tbsp pistáchios
  • 2 cups lettuce
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup cooked quinoá
  • 7 grápe tomátoes
  • sált/pepper

Instructions : 

  1. Poách the eggs.
  2. Creáte the sáláds by láyering the lettuce, tomátoes, cooked quinoá, ávocádo, ánd pistáchios.
  3. Add the poáched eggs ánd top with sált/pepper to táste.
